Anxiety is one of those things that is really pretty prevalent in the United States nowadays. People feel really anxious sometimes a lot especially if there is a lot of trauma in their childhood or it runs in the family. The brain adapts to ongoing emergency situations, you know flight or fright and so it can get stuck, the anxiety wave all the way over here. Our job is to get it back into balance.
